General Terms

In these Terms & Conditions, “You / Your / Passenger” refers to the person(s) in whose name the booking is made. “We / Us / Our” refers to Bhagwati Holidays.
Bhagwati Holidays acts as a travel planner and holiday organizer. We do not own or operate airlines, hotels, transport services, cruise lines, or other suppliers. All services are provided subject to the terms and conditions of the respective service providers.

By confirming a booking, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions along with the itinerary shared at the time of booking.


General Information

All tours are subject to availability at the time of booking. Prices are calculated based on prevailing tariffs, taxes, fuel charges, and exchange rates. Any increase in these may result in a price revision.

Gift Cards

Gift cards issued by Bhagwati Holidays are non-refundable, non-transferable, and must be used within the validity period mentioned. Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced.

General Notice Regarding Booking

A booking is confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment. Full payment must be made before the start of the tour, failing which Bhagwati Holidays reserves the right to cancel the booking.

Payment Terms

  • Advance payment is required to confirm any booking.
  • Balance payment must be cleared before departure.
  • Payments once made are subject to cancellation policies.
  • Any bank charges or transaction fees will be borne by the customer.

Bhagwati Holidays offers:
  • Domestic Tours International Tours
  • Customized Holiday Packages
  • Group Tours
  • Honeymoon Packages
  • Corporate Travel Services
  • Each tour may have specific conditions mentioned in the itinerary.

Tour Cost Includes & Excludes

Inclusions and exclusions are clearly mentioned in the itinerary. Any service not specifically mentioned as “included” will be treated as excluded.

No Liability of the Company

Bhagwati Holidays shall not be responsible for:
  • Natural calamities
  • Political unrest
  • Flight delays or cancellations
  • Acts of God
  • Loss of baggage or personal belongings
  • Injuries, illness, or death during travel

Company Reserves the Right to Change

  • Change or cancel itineraries due to unavoidable circumstances
  • Substitute hotels or transport with similar standards
  • Modify tour schedules without prior notice

Hotel

Hotels are subject to availability. In case of non-availability, similar category hotels will be provided. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to hotel policy.

Coaches for Transportation

Transportation will be provided as per itinerary. Seat allocation is subject to vehicle availability and local regulations.

Baggage Policy

Baggage allowance is governed by airline or transport provider rules. Bhagwati Holidays is not responsible for excess baggage charges.

Airlines

Air tickets once issued are subject to airline rules. Bhagwati Holidays is not responsible for flight schedule changes, cancellations, or delays.

Advisory for First-Time International Travelers

Passengers must ensure passport validity, visa compliance, and adherence to immigration rules. Any denial of boarding or entry is solely the passenger’s responsibility.

Loss of Baggage

Loss or damage to baggage is the sole responsibility of the airline, hotel, or transport provider.

Meals

Meals provided are as per itinerary. Special dietary requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

Valid Passport & Visa

Passengers must carry valid passports and visas. Bhagwati Holidays does not guarantee visa approval and is not liable for rejection or delays.

Foreign Exchange

Foreign exchange rates are subject to market fluctuations. Any variation will be charged to the customer.

Tour Cost Component

Tour costs are calculated based on minimum group size (if applicable). Any reduction in group size may result in revised pricing.

Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended. Bhagwati Holidays is not responsible for medical expenses or emergencies during travel.

International SIM Card

International SIM cards, if provided, are subject to network availability and local regulations.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation charges will apply as per the policy shared at the time of booking. Refund timelines depend on service provider rules.

Travel Documents & General Advisory

It is the passenger’s responsibility to carry all travel documents. Loss of documents will not be the liability of Bhagwati Holidays.

Health & Fitness

Passengers must ensure they are medically fit to travel. Any health-related issues must be disclosed before booking.

Liabilities

Bhagwati Holidays shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from travel.

Tour Conditions

Participation in tours is subject to local laws and customs. Passengers must respect local traditions and regulations.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

All disputes shall be governed by Indian law and subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
